These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 1jje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 1jje website at https://1jje.app and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the 1jje Platform, completing registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 1jje Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 1jje in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the same subject matter.

Use of the 1jje Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active 1jje account:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Corporate entities, partnerships, and non-human entities may not register accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 1jje, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 1jje Platform or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are of sound mind and are not experiencing a gambling addiction or related condition that would make your participation on the Platform harmful to yourself or others.

1jje reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation. Where underage gambling is confirmed, funds will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 1jje Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of any balances or winnings therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• Restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorised use of your 1jje account.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying 1jje support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

1jje will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel requesting your account password. Any such communication claiming to be from 1jje and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All financial transactions on the 1jje Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 1jje does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party intermediaries.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account in real time for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within one (1) banking business day for bank transfer methods. 1jje does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified under the KYC process and that were used for a prior deposit on the account. Withdrawals are processed within same-day for verified accounts submitting requests before 5:00 PM PKT, or the following business day for requests submitted after that time.

1jje reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in the account balance.

1jje offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All such promotions are governed by these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all 1jje bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per household, IP address, or device applies unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount, unless the promotion specifies a different multiplier.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• 1jje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any player rights already accrued under the promotion at the time of change.

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, hedging, or other forms of bonus abuse will result in the voiding of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

Each game and betting market offered on the 1jje Platform is governed by its own set of specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant betting market. These specific game rules form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

In respect of the 1jje Sportsbook:

• All bets are settled in accordance with 1jje's official settlement rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed.
• 1jje reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed (beyond the stated settlement period), or affected by technical error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of submission. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined are void.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") — where the odds offered are clearly incorrect relative to the true market — will result in the affected bets being voided. 1jje will notify affected players promptly.

In respect of 1jje Casino games:

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all games.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and play. In the event of a game interruption, 1jje will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the game state; where this is not possible, the interrupted round will be voided and stakes returned.
• 1jje accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a particular game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jje Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and/or legal action:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting forged KYC documents, or misrepresenting your eligibility status.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 1jje account per individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through hedging, low-risk staking patterns, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes after wagering deposited funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process illegally obtained funds or to obscure the origin of funds.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploitation will be voided.

1jje is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered 1jje account holder at no charge, accessible directly from account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon request.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months, up to five (5) years or indefinitely.

Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of submission. During the exclusion period, 1jje will take reasonable steps to prevent you from creating a new account and to exclude you from marketing communications. It is your responsibility to not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by registering a new account.

All content on the 1jje Platform — including but not limited to the 1jje brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 1jje or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 1jje.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
• Use the 1jje name, logo, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply affiliation without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of 1jje intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability. Suspected infringement should be reported to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jje and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if 1jje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 1jje specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure beyond 1jje's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays or failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

The 1jje Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1jje makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. 1jje's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data by 1jje is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 1jje collects and processes personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account creation, verification, and ongoing management.
• Processing of financial transactions and KYC compliance.
• Fraud prevention, AML compliance, and regulatory reporting.

If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your account prior to the amendment's effective date. Account closure requests in connection with Terms amendments will be processed without any penalty.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 1jje holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law, including any rights you may have to bring proceedings in local courts.
